1. SHIPPING

We use one of our trusted partners listed below for deliveries and freight. We deliver all over the USA at very competitive prices. Some pieces of furniture and bulky goods within Sydney and surrounds are shipped with a local courier.

Deliveries within Sydney for bulky goods are done at a flat rate of 150 INR for up to one UTE full. (Add 150 INR for an additional man on the job apart from the driver)

2. RETURNS

100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply email us and return your item for a full refund if the item is damaged in any way (Except damages in transit). Item must be returned in its original condition and within 30 days of delivery. Buyer bears the postage. Always email us first if you have any questions or problems with the transaction. We’re certainly willing to help! Our customer is always more important than the transaction itself.

3. TRANSIT DAMAGE

If you have reason to believe the item was dropped while in transit and has been damaged, please let us know. All of our items are insured for transit damage and the damaged item will either be picked up and replaced or a full refund will be processed. Partial refunds are also offered for items that can be repaired.

4. Refunds

We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way.
